All products are in accordance with European Union standards and have CE and LOT. Their technical characteristics are available in the product description but you can also ask us for additional information.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
You can cancel an order (in whole or in part) before receiving notification that it has been sent to you. However, you must send an e-mail to eshop@love-bikes.gr or fax to 2310 642830. After sending the order can not be canceled.

METHOD - TIME - SHIPPING COST

Shipments of goods, depending on their volume, weight and place of destination, are performed either by a courier company or by transport companies.

Exceptionally, bicycle shipments are made only with transport companies.

In some areas the shipping companies do not deliver at home so you will need to pick up your order from their branch in your area, upon their own notice.

The shipping cost is borne by the recipient and will be added in addition to the listed price. In case of cash on delivery, it will be included in the total amount payable upon delivery.

Please let us know in case you wish your order to be shipped with a company of your choice.

Delivery time for bicycle shipment is:

Mainland Greece: 2-3 working days.
Islands: 3-4 working days.
Shipments are not made abroad at the moment.

For any delays on the part of the shipping company, our company does not bear any responsibility.

WITHDRAWAL - PRODUCT RETURNS
Our company, applying the current laws, gives you the right to return products you have received. You reserve the right to return the products you buy, without having to tell us the reason why you want the products back, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive them. In this case you are only charged the costs of immediate return of the products, while if it is a mistake of our company then we bear this cost.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie without being unsealed or tampered with and the supplier's security and authenticity tape, together with the accompanying retail receipt or invoice. To avoid your own inconvenience, please check carefully at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken / damaged goods, wrong order etc.) and to be avoided
