Shipments of Goods

Shipments of goods, depending on their volume, weight and place of destination, are carried out either with a courier company or with transport companies.

As an exception, bicycle shipments are only made with transport companies.

In addition, the shipping of goods with a large volume (frames and wheels) is done only with a transport company.

In some areas the courier companies do not do home delivery so you will need to collect your order from their branch in your area, after their notification.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient and will be added to the listed price. In cases of cash on delivery, it will be included in the total amount payable upon delivery.

There are currently no overseas shipments.

For any delays on the part of the company shipping the products, our company bears no responsibility.

Shipping methods

The methods of shipping the products are as follows:

• By Courier (Elta Courier)
• With transport companies (bikes, wheels)

Cost of transportation

• For Accessories and Parts
  Free Shipping on purchases over €89 (maximum weight 2 kg)
  The products are sent by ELTA Courier.
  For purchases under €89, the shipping cost is €5 for the whole of Greece.
  For parcels weighing more than 2 kg, contact us.
• For Bicycles
  Free Shipping on purchases over €1500
  The products are sent by Transport and the cost depends on the area
  For mainland Greece, the shipping cost is €10
  For the Peloponnese the cost of transport is €15
  For Insular Greece the shipping cost is €30
