Our company, applying the current laws, gives you the right to return products you have received. You reserve the right to return the products you buy, without having to tell us the reason why you want the products back, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive them. In this case you are only charged the costs of immediate return of the products, while if it is a mistake of our company then we bear this cost. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, ie without being unsealed or tampered with and the supplier's security and authenticity tape, together with the accompanying retail receipt or invoice. To avoid your own inconvenience, please check carefully at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken / damaged goods, order error etc.) and to avoid receipts for products that did not reach you in excellent condition.

In case of damage during transport or during installation / assembly by you, our company does not bear any responsibility.

In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
In case of refund the customer is charged with bank charges. Our company is not responsible for products available to its customers which can be characterized as defective (broken, worn, etc.), poor quality or that do not meet the specifications specified in their description. All products are received from suppliers packaged.
However, in the event that a defective product is found in the delivered quantities, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our own shipping or refund costs.
In case of replacement and if the specific product is available, its replacement time by us becomes as soon as possible (usually 1 to 2 working days).
In no case, however, our company is obliged to replace the product sold when what you have chosen is not to your liking.
